James Campbell Boulevard – Columbia, TN

As part of the Chipotle Development’s off-site roadway improvements, T-Square Engineering prepared roadway design plans for the following:

• Widen 370 linear feet of James Campbell Boulevard
• Traffic signal modification at the intersection of James Campbell Boulevard and Pillow Drive
• Conversion of an existing depressed grass median into a raised grass median with curbs
• 285-foot extension of concrete stormwater pipe with an area drain, two (2) curb inlets, and a TDOT standard headwall
